Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between EcoTurnover PR, powered by Eco Clean PR ("Company"), and approved cleaning professionals ("Contractor") participating in the EcoTurnover PR network.

By accepting assignments through our platform, Contractor agrees to the following terms:

1Independent Contractor Status

Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company.

Nothing in this Agreement creates:

  • Employment relationship
  • Partnership
  • Agency
  • Joint venture

Contractor is responsible for:

  • All taxes
  • Licenses
  • Insurance
  • Personal business expenses

Company does not provide benefits or guaranteed hours.

2Scope of Services

Contractor agrees to perform short-term rental turnover services including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing property areas
  • Linen handling (if applicable)
  • Restocking host-provided supplies
  • Photo documentation
  • Damage or issue reporting

All services must follow EcoTurnover PR standards and checklists.

Company reserves the right to update standards at any time.

3Assignment & Job Acceptance

Contractor may accept or decline job offers.

Once accepted, the assignment becomes binding.

Failure to complete an accepted job may result in removal from the network.

Company does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments.

4Compensation

Contractor will be paid per completed and verified service.

Payment conditions:

  • Payment is issued only after service verification.
  • Required photo documentation must be submitted.
  • Company reserves the right to withhold or adjust payment for incomplete or substandard work.
  • Payments are processed through approved secure payout providers.

5Performance Standards

Contractor agrees to:

  • Follow checklist requirements 100%
  • Submit clear and accurate photo documentation
  • Arrive within agreed time window
  • Maintain professional communication
  • Secure property after service

Repeated failure to meet standards may result in removal from the network.

6Non-Solicitation & Client Protection

During participation in the network and for 12 months after termination, Contractor agrees not to:

  • Solicit or contract directly with Company clients
  • Offer services independently to hosts introduced by Company
  • Circumvent the Company to obtain direct bookings

Violation may result in legal action and financial damages.

7Confidentiality

Contractor agrees to protect all confidential information including:

  • Host details
  • Access codes
  • Pricing structures
  • Operational procedures
  • Client lists

Confidential information may not be used outside of Company assignments.

8Property Access & Security

Contractor agrees to:

  • Safeguard keys, codes, and access devices
  • Not share access information
  • Lock and secure property upon completion

Contractor assumes responsibility for negligence related to access control.

9Liability

Contractor assumes full responsibility for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage caused by negligence
  • Loss resulting from improper service

Company liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10Equipment & Supplies

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Contractor provides their own tools and cleaning supplies.
  • Contractor maintains equipment in safe working condition.

11Termination

Company may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause.

Contractor may withdraw from the network with written notice.

Company retains sole discretion to deactivate access.

12Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt good faith resolution before formal legal action.

Jurisdiction: Puerto Rico.

Acceptance of Terms

By continuing participation in the EcoTurnover PR network, Contractor acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this Agreement.
