Turnover Standard Implementation

To ensure consistency, quality control, and long-term performance of every property under our management, Eco Clean PR requires an Initial Deep Cleaning Service before the start of any recurring turnover agreement.

The Initial Deep Cleaning establishes:

  • Our standardized cleaning baseline
  • Photo-documented condition of the property
  • Quality control benchmarks
  • Organization and reset of storage areas
  • Inventory verification (if applicable)

This ensures all future cleanings are maintained at Eco Clean PR's hospitality standard.

Why This Is Required

Each property comes with different prior cleaning habits, products, and levels of detail. Without a controlled starting point:

Scope of Initial Deep Cleaning

The first service includes but is not limited to:

Detailed kitchen degreasing (inside cabinets if needed)
Appliance deep sanitation
Full bathroom detailing (grout, baseboards, fixtures)
Baseboards, door frames, vents
Mattress inspection
Sofa and upholstery inspection
Balcony / outdoor area cleaning (if applicable)
Under-bed and furniture inspection
Supply closet organization
Trash bin sanitation
Photo documentation report

Baseline Documentation

After completion, Eco Clean PR will:

Take timestamped photos
Document pre-existing damage
Create property standard checklist
Store records for quality tracking

This protects both the Host and Eco Clean PR from disputes.

Investment

The Initial Deep Cleaning is a one-time mandatory service and is quoted separately based on:

Once completed, the property transitions into our structured turnover system.

Refusal Clause

If a Host declines the Initial Deep Cleaning:

Eco Clean PR reserves the right to decline service, as we cannot guarantee our 5-star turnover standard without establishing a baseline.
